Terms of Service
By creating or using a FeeSathi page, you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not skimmed past.
What FeeSathi is
FeeSathi is a web tool that helps tuition teachers keep track of fees, attendance and reminders. It is a record-keeping aid. It does not collect fees from parents, hold money, or verify that any payment happened. "Paid" on your page is your own manual record.
Your private link
- Your page has no password. The private link is the only key, and anyone who has it can see and change your page.
- Keep the link to yourself and save a copy. We cannot recover a lost link or tell who used a shared one.
- You are responsible for what you enter, including students' and parents' details, and for having their consent to keep them.
Fair use
Do not use FeeSathi to break the law, to send spam, to store data you have no right to keep, or to attack or overload the service. We may remove pages that do.
FeeSathi Pro
- FeeSathi Pro is an optional monthly subscription. The price is shown before you pay.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller. Their terms also apply to the payment. FeeSathi never sees your card or UPI details.
- The subscription renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your page; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Free Pro months earned through referrals or approved posts have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Availability and liability
We work to keep FeeSathi available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. Download your records regularly with "Download Excel file". To the extent the law allows, FeeSathi is not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by a shared or lost private link.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: write to us from the support page.
