Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy covers FeeSathi Pro, the optional monthly subscription.
Cancelling
- You can cancel any time: open your page, go to the FeeSathi Pro panel and choose "Manage subscription".
- After you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the month you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
- Deleting your page also cancels Pro.
- Your records are never deleted or locked when Pro ends. You can always view, update and download them.
Refunds
- Payments for a month that has started are not refunded, in full or in part, because Pro is available straight away.
- If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged by mistake, write to us from the support page within 7 days of the charge. We refund those charges in full.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
