Support
FeeSathi is run by a tiny team that reads every message. Before you write:
- Lost your tutor link? Check your browser bookmarks and history first - the link is the only key, by design.
- Button did nothing? Some in-app browsers block modern web features. Open the page in Chrome or Safari directly.
- WhatsApp reminder didn't open? Make sure the parent's number includes 10 digits; numbers starting with 91 work too.
Using your fee book
Getting started
Create a page, add your first student, then track fees. No account or password is needed. Bookmark your private link: anyone with it can edit, so do not send it to parents. There is no password reset.
Parents and reminders
Parents need no app. FeeSathi prepares a reminder with the student's dues and your UPI details if added. You review and tap Send in your own WhatsApp. Messages are not sent automatically.
Importing and exporting
Import an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV list on your tutor page. Use Name, Parent phone, Batch, Monthly fee and an optional Previous balance column. Download your records as Excel or CSV whenever you need them.
Part payments and old balances
Record any amount against a month. The unpaid remainder stays due until fully paid. You can enter a previous balance when adding a student. Payment status is your manual record, not bank verification.
Receipts
Recorded payments have a WhatsApp Receipt button. For a printable receipt, use the separate free receipt generator and print or save as PDF. The receipt is a teacher's record, not independent proof of a bank payment.
Attendance and home-screen access
Mark attendance on each student's card. On your phone, bookmark the page or use the browser's Add to Home screen option for quicker access.
Data and cost
The tool is free during the pilot. A paid plan is planned at around Rs 149/month. You can download your records or delete your page and its data. Read the Privacy page for data handling details.
